We support people to connect with themselves in order to better connect with those they care about most.
Choose from the many psychotherapeutic services offered by the Allius Services team. We provide everything from Individual counselling and psychotherapy, child and youth counselling, family and couples therapy to family court reports and Parenting Coordination. We specialize in therapeutic work that can include play and sand tray therapy as well as family therapy interventions.
We offer treatment for any of the the following: anxiety, trauma, mood, life changes, work stress, family and couple issues such as divorce/ separation and effective family transitions. We also offer career counselling services.
Counsellors offer a variety of models to work with clients but most are comfortable using Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion models for individuals and Prepare-Enrich and attachment-based models for working with parents and couples. There are sliding fee options for clients who are open to working with a counselling intern.
