Hello & Welcome!

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with their mental health needs. I am also a Certified Hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnosis, and a Certified DIR Floortime Practitioner with the Interdisciplinary Council on Development and Learning.

At Lotus Beacon of Hope, I strive to provide compassion-based, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive therapy services. I am open and creative to meet my client�s unique goals and have extensive knowledge and experience of working with adults, youth, and children facing different mental health issues.

In therapy, I create a safe space to help my clients process their unique issues and provide tools to work towards desired change. I work with diverse clients from different cultural backgrounds and diverse life experiences and identities.

I believe in the unlimited potential in everyone to heal and facilitate the collaborative journey with clients towards self-discovery of inner resources and strengths.

In therapy, I create a confidential and non-judgemental space and utilize evidence-based tools to work towards desired change.

I am trained in different modalities and specialize in providing integrated, trauma-informed therapy. I specialize in providing psychotherapy to address issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, life transitions, relationship issues, caregiver burnout, and supporting individuals with neurodiverse needs. I am proficient in providing psychotherapy services in English and Hindi.
