My name is Phaedra Panazzola and I am a registered social worker. I offer individual, couple, and family counselling services. I work with client's to build on their strengths and supports, and my approach is guided by a combination of treatment modalities.

The key treatment modalities within my practice are cognitive behaviour therapy, emotion focused therapy, somatic informed therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, although I utilize various treatment perspectives, based on the client's goals and needs.

If you are experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, infertility issues, marital affairs, stress management, health issues, body issues, grief/loss, eating disorders, and trauma I can help.

About Me:

I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Specializing in Health Science degree. From there I completed a Master of Science degree, focused on psychological health and well-being. My passion for mental health is what led me to complete a Master of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Therapy Fees:

The fee for an individual, family, or couple session is $120 and are 50 minutes in length. Sessions are virtual, or at your home. I offer home visit appointments, where I travel to your home, and the fee for this service is $180 per session. A sliding-scale is available for clients with limited income.

Many insurance companies offer health insurance coverage for counselling services. Please contact your insurance provider directly to discuss their policies.

Etransfer, Visa, Mastercard, cash, and cryptocurrency are all accepted payment options.

Charges for the full session fee may apply if you cancel an appointment, without 48 hours' notice.
