At Life, Loss & to Live Again – Online Counselling, I provide personal and quality online counselling via secure email, video-conferencing or a combination of email and video conferencing, for issues associated with grief and loss. No matter the type of loss, we all grieve and we all grief differently - the meaning of the loss, will often dictate the intensity of the grief.

Even though my practice site is based in the Interior, I provide counselling services throughout British Columbia (only).

I believe that change is possible, even within our darkest days, and within the writing (telling) of your story this process allows you to express your thoughts, feelings and emotions so healing may occur – “to live again”.
