I offer individual psychotherapy services, group work, and psychoeducational workshops utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
I work with adults and youth in the community and with Western students on campus. Virtually and in-person.
