I am a Registered Dietitian in Kitchener/Waterloo, ON.
I am a Registered Dietitian at Zehrs Stanley Park (1005 Ottawa St. N., Kitchener, ON) and Zehrs Glenridge (315 Lincoln Rd., Waterloo, ON). I hold a Masters of Applied Nutrition from the University of Guelph. It is my mission to provide clients with evidence-based, personalized care to provide them with the skills, knowledge, and self-efficacy that is necessary for managing chronic conditions, promoting health, and preventing illness. I have a very positive and non-judgemental approach to nutrition and food. I strive to help my clients have a positive and guilt-free relationship with food and eating.
