Description
Brianna graduated with an Honours Bachelor's Social Work & Disability Studies, with a minor in psychology. She is registered with the OCSWSSW. Brianna is currently providing psychotherapy with RD Psychotherapy for individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD and addictions. She uses techniques from several forms of therapy, such as CBT, DBT, as well as mindfulness practices to meet clients wherever they are at in their journey.
