I embrace a holistic view of the therapeutic journey - open to understanding the influences of the mind, body, and environment. I encourage the development of a collaborative path, co-creating an individualized plan for achieving your specific goals. I enjoy helping individuals develop skills that enhance personal awareness, foster self-compassion, and motivate growth towards a rich and meaningful life.

I have a flexible approach that centres on your strengths, wisdom, and capacity for self-compassion, acceptance and belonging. I welcome individuals navigating grief and loss and struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety and other challenges. I will help you nurture awareness, meaning and purpose and take practical steps towards wellbeing.
