Through advanced training, experience, and my intuition as a therapist, I have developed specialized tools for anxiety, depression, grief & loss, sleep issues, relationships (trust, intimacy, communication, separation). I have also created a unique program of Intensive Couples Therapy, and Intensive Therapy for individuals (the only one in western Canada), where you can make rapid gains through deep work over a period of days.
