As a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor, my goal is to provide a safe, secure space where you can discuss the things that make you feel vulnerable (or anxious, or depressed, or frightened, or any word you use to best describe it). I work with clients who experience a wide variety of mental health concerns, with a speciality in body image and the development of body security.
I approach psychotherapy from a non-judgemental, needs-base perspective that allows you, the client, the flexibility to explore interests and behaviours within the wider scope of your human experience. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
