Regardless of client's counselling reasons, most clients receive guidance or "tools" toward changing their perspective, or their situation. In addition to the common client, some clients experience major mental illness, such as post traumatic stress disorder, major depressive disorder, or generalized anxiety disorder, and they often seek therapeutic treatment. We can discuss the difference.
Your life and your situation are both special and unique. I have spent the past few decades of life, career and educational experience preparing myself to work alongside clients, as they navigate life's ups and downs. It is an honour to hear your story, and to support your well being along the way.
