As the owner of Light Post Therapy, I am dedicated to individual therapy. Earning my Masters of Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. I've completed numerous courses specialized in CBT, grief and trauma focused care, amongst other therapeutic techniques.

My services are currently available online or over the phone at this time to ensure the safety of all clients. All of the technical services used by Light Post Therapy are HIPPA compliant and vetted to ensure the utmost confidentiality and protection of clients information.
