Integrative Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist. I combine an emphatic, supportive approach with evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are attachment and trauma informed such as Brain Spotting, CBT, EMDR, IFS, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IP), Somatic Therapy (SE), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP). These therapy techniques have been shown to deliver results and make a difference in a relatively short amount of time.
