I offer individual and couples therapy spanning a range of areas related to anxiety and depression, learning difficulties, parenting, relationship issues, medical issues, grief and loss, trauma, and coping with life`s challenges. I serve adolescents and adults and I integrate a variety of evidence-based psychotherapies and techniques including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, emotion-focused, and EMDR.
