Psychotherapy for anxiety disorders, depression and loneliness. Focused on emotion and relationship.

Online and in person individual psychotherapy for men and women. Specializing in working with anxiety disorders, depression, loneliness and meaning. I offer free 20 minute consultations.

Humanistic Psychotherapy: Therapists in this tradition, who are interested in exploring the nature of creativity, love, and self-actualization, help clients realize their potential through change and self-directed growth.

Experiential Psychotherapy: The client focuses on the activities and, through the experience, begins to identify emotions associated with success, disappointment, responsibility, and self-esteem.

About me:

Hi, I’m Frank. I am a Psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and feelings of disconnection.

Therapy helped me to feel seen for the first time in a long time. My depression stopped being all-encompassing. My emotions stopped being all-encompassing. I started to come alive again.

Now as a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to explore your emotions and gain some insight into the thoughts and beliefs that might be holding you back from the life you want.

Self-awareness and self-reflection can help us form deeper, more meaningful relationships with ourselves and the people in our lives.

This journey taught me about support, trust, and feeling more present with myself and others. It also taught me the importance of self-compassion and accepting who I am.

So many men feel like they have to keep their emotions in, never admitting that they need help and support. The truth is, we go through hard times like everyone else; relationship struggles, financial strain, and pressures to succeed. Being able to be more honest, and heartfelt with ourselves, being able to connect to our emotions without judgment, allows us to see the humanity in ourselves, and this extends to everyone in our lives.

This is how we build the interconnectedness so many of us crave in our lives—a strong connection to ourselves and others.

Discovering acceptance and belonging through compassionate therapy.

My approach to therapy is client-centred and relational, rooted in feeling safe and secure. I will meet you where you are and move at your pace. All your thoughts and feelings are welcome here.

As a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Toronto, I believe that creating awareness of who we are in relation to the world around us is the key to personal growth. The word ‘gestalt’ means whole, and this approach allows for all parts of us to exist, all of our emotions, sensations, experiences, and realities.

Becoming familiar with our inner dialogue, understanding why we feel a certain way, and connecting with our emotions and sensations, allows us to work with them and create change. It allows us to develop our emotions and work with them with confidence and maturity.

rapist, I am honest and direct; I am here to help you paint a more well-rounded picture of what is going on for you. Together we can find the tools and solutions that will get you past these current struggles.

Every person has an inner wisdom that knows the way.

If we can let go of how we think we need to be, or how we think others need us to be, we can start to listen to ourselves and trust ourselves to lead the way. My purpose is to help people find their direction by removing the blocks and strengthening their ability to tap into that wisdom.

You can feel a sense of belonging, peace, and joy in your life and in your relationships. It’s possible and I am here to help you find it. You can take the first step towards enhancing your interpersonal relationships by contacting me via email for more information or to book a free consultation.
