I am a Mental Health Counsellor specializing in trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and infertility.
I hold a Master of Social Work (Clinical Specialization) from the University of Calgary. I have been working with adults, teens, and children in BC and Alberta for fifteen years. I provide therapy to individual clients and couples. I work with clients across the lifespan with diverse sexual and gender identities. I strive to create an open, safe and non-judgmental environment for all of my clients in which to explore their thoughts, feelings, and needs. My therapeutic style is warm, accepting, collaborative, and inclusive.
