Spencer * Services offers a variety of services related to counselling, psychotherapy, career strategy and corporate wellness. The personal services provided, including counselling, manualized treatments and therapy, are geared to youth (16+) and adults. The professional ones, including career strategy, supervision and consultation as well as corporate services, are geared toward job seekers, mental health professionals and employers. All are offered either individually or in group settings depending on client needs. They cover issues such as stress management, anxiety, depression, work/life balance, self-esteem, assertiveness, grief, relationship and communication difficulties, workplace stress, personal growth, among so many more!

Spencer * Services offers their services in a confidential and private setting. To facilitate informed consent, interested clients can access a free 15-minute consultation by telephone or online video. Spencer * Services seeks to offer introduction and follow-up services that are affordable and accessible whether it be in-person, telephone or online. These services are facilitated by a client management system that adheres to privacy legislation.
