I can help reduce anxiety symptoms and/or help reduce depression symptoms. I can be there for you if you suffer from the loss of a loved one,
I adapt my therapy to each person as I believe not two people is the same... I will take the time to really understand your needs but more importNtly, I will help you believe that lifie can really be worth leaving by a positive approach combiner to the principales of neuropsychologie.
I do thérapie exclusively over the phone so no distractions can be interupting the flow of ideas that I need to understand clearly.
This will therefore be a team work. You will have practical exercices to do for the next session ( only if you find it useful, otherwise we ll do it together).
I will help you understand why you feel stress or why you've been feeling anxious since you were young and most importantly HOW you can practice getting out of this infernal circle...
My approach is: teaching, mutual understanding and progressing...
