Description
I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches: Family Systems Theory, Reparenting/Inner child work, CBT, DBT, Somatic Practices, and also my own practical common sense approach through raising 6 children and caring for my elderly parents. Also what I have learnt through the work I have done with my own traumas; I am an incest survivor and also the father of my children died by suicide.
I work from an intuitive transpersonal perspective, which means having awareness of the bigger picture, we are more than our personal stories!
