Who is Sophie?

Fascinated by psychology since adolescence, I worked for several years with a diverse group of clients before daring to show my spiritual side. I first displayed myself as a life coach and certified NLP practitioner. Following several positive comments and a growing demand for sessions, I finally decided to make more room for the practice of Reiki and LaHoChi. Each of the sessions is different, and I'm still surprised to see all the benefits that Reiki and LaHoChi can bring for both older and younger people. My wish has always been to do something that makes a real difference in people's lives, so I feel like I've finally found my way to do it.

Reiki Usui

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing method. Rei means universal (matter, soul and spirit). Ki refers to the vital energy flowing through us. Reiki uses "universal energy" to align the chakras of the body so that it can heal itself. It treats the body as a whole, and can therefore act on both body and mind. Whether it is a physical, emotional or spiritual discomfort, reiki can help restore your balance, without stress or side effects.

13th Octave LaHoChi

LaHoChi is a very powerful energy healing method that was only introduced to Canada very recently (1991).

Utilizing an angelic light channeling technique, LaHoChi has certain points in common with reiki: it allows to rebalance both the physical, mental and psychic and does not include any undesirable side effects. However, unlike reiki, LaHoChi requires that there be physical contact between the practitioner and the recipient.
