About Ann Connor-Lewis:​

I have been a Spiritual Entrepreneur for almost three decades. I opened Spiritual Reflections in 2001 with an intention to create a sacred space for personal transformation, energy medicine and spiritual growth. My passion has always been to help people connect with their own intuition, intention and inspiration.

Born in the Highlands of Scotland, surrounded by kelpies (shape-shifting water spirits) I discovered at a very young age that I was sensitive to energy. Unaware at the time of what being an empath really meant and often being labelled as too sensitive, I quickly learned that was not the case. I was actually feeling the energetic body of others and the energy of different environments.

At the tender age of 17, I began to meditate daily and started my quest to explore my spirituality and deepen my knowledge in the self-help movement. I started my studies under one of the pioneers of the self help movement, Louise Hay (bestselling author of “You Can Heal Your Life”) where the link was clear that the mind, body and spirit are all connected for healing and personal transformation. From that moment to this moment my training and thirst of knowledge has continued.

Despite having a successful career in the corporate world my soul knew where my heart belonged. The world within. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone connect with their own empowerment. I look at my energy work as helping people find their way home, back to themselves. I was first introduced to Reiki in the 80's and it instantly changed my life. It helped me channel my energy for a higher purpose. Today, as a Reiki Master/Teacher I have helped hundreds of people discover the benefits of energy healing. And I have attuned and trained many reiki students into active Reiki Practitioners and Master/Teachers. I am also a Metaphysical Minister, registered with the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry, and I truly believe that our spirituality is the link between self, soul and source. And that link provides all the healing, courage and compassion you need to change your life.

I also am a registered Wedding Officiant in the province of Ontario which provides me so much joy. I still get goosebumps with each and every ceremony. My days are blessed with being a mom, consulting clients, writing ceremonies, blogging, creating workshops, learning to film videos for my new YouTube Channel (Wellness, Weddings, Wisdom) and taking a moment each day to remember how lucky I am! There is always something to be grateful for!
