Description

I understand how hard life can be. I also know how hard it is to feel vulnerable with someone. Growing up in a culture with a negative stigma to mental health, I understand the fear you may also have in reaching out for help. Sometimes all you need is someone to offer a sympathetic ear, or perhaps you need help finding the tools to empower yourself to make positive changes in your life. With me, I promise I will be a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and offer you the tools to reach your goals. Using a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, I will work with you to push you toward what you value most and help you live your most authentic, happy life.

About Darlene (she/her)

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. I also have my bachelors in honours psychology, a minor in sociology, a graduate certificate in autism and behavioural sciences, and a Masters in Counselling Psychology. For over twelve years, I worked with children, parents, and families as a behavioural therapist doing interventions and addressing a range of disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). This has led me to now support children, teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and emotional dysregulation.

I work with individuals, couples, and families. Book a free 15-minute consultation and you can decide if we’re a good fit together!
