I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, combining elements from CBT, Mindfulness techniques, Psychodynamics, and Talk-Therapy. I believe in a holistic, client-centered approach; you have your answers, and together we have the power of our therapeutic relationship to collaborate in achieving your goals and improving overall well-being.

Seeking help and opening up to a stranger can be overwhelming. No matter what challenges you may be facing, I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe that every individual is unique and deserves a personalized approach to therapy that addresses their specific needs and goals.

About Zohar:

Zohar is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO following the completion of his coursework at Yorkville University. He has been accepted by The Counselling House to complete his practicum. He has a varied background in education, business, performance, and mental health.

Zohar believes in trying different modalities but generally focuses on a client-centered, trauma-informed approach. Therapy is a collaborative process to be explored together. Providing a safe space to clients upon intake is just the first step down a winding road. It is a privilege to help others investigate their own cognition and behaviour, be a sounding board, offer emotional support, etc. What matters most is developing the tools, techniques, and frame of mind that fosters therapeutic outcomes in the long run.
