I am a clinical social worker and traumatologist, specializing in trauma/PTSD and working with many mental health challenges. I am an EMDR clinician and offer counselling and psychotherapy for children, youth, and adults using modalities based on their individual needs. Issues could include stress, PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-worth, and life transitions. I offer both online and face to face sessions.
