I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating behaviours. I had over eight years of clinical experience working at Toronto based hospital in their Eating Disorders Program in addition to running my own private practice. I have completed specialized training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) and MI (Motivational Interviewing) all of which help to guide my practice.
About me:
I graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and I hold a Masters of Health Science in Nutrition Communication. I completed a Comprehensive Dietetic Internship at the University Health Network in Toronto and have been a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario since 2012.
