I provide individual psychotherapy to adults online and in-person.

Do you ever feel like you are your own worst critic? Do you have trouble ‘turning off’ the negative thoughts in your head? Or do you spend too much time worrying about the future or dwelling in the past?

Putting the brakes on your busy life and dedicating time to put yourself first, can help. Slowing down is a prerequisite to the conscious act of looking inwards. It is easy to seek distractions or take part in unhealthy habits when feeling unwell. It takes courage to seek help, explore meaningful questions, and demonstrate self-love.

The way to self-love can have different meanings for each of us, depending on our life experiences. Perhaps it means self-compassion, forgiveness, stress management, setting boundaries, or developing assertiveness.

Psychotherapy can help you gain self-awareness and strategies that enhance a more fulfilling life of joy and connection. I hope to make this experience straightforward and comfortable.
