At Sirtonski Integrative Wellness, we hold the belief that each person is the expert in their own life, and that each person possesses a unique healing potential within themselves. We provide counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals seeking to heal, transform and grow in their most aligned, authentic lives.
Our counselling interns are selectively chosen, highly-skilled and experienced in the field, despite not yet being registered practitioners. Our team utilizes holistic and non-pathologizing approaches and we are committed to working with you to identify and support your unique wellness and healing goals. We recognize that actual healing must take into consideration and respect the whole person - body, mind, and spirit.
All services are provided through secure video or phone sessions. Our counselling interns are able to provide services to clients across Ontario, and services with Brittany Sirtonski (Registered Psychotherapist, CRPO) are Canada-wide. Sliding scale options may be available if you choose to work with one of our interns.
