My name is Shiva Saleh and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in Ontario, Canada, offering a broad range of mental health services since 2015. Studio Therapy is a virtual practice that can accessed from ANYWHERE in Ontario!
I practice psychotherapy from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based approach while implementing creative & expressive art therapy counselling styles into our time together. My professional background is in mental health, and I have a particular interest in the arts, but let me be clear, one certainly does not have to be a Picasso to access Studio Therapy! It is less about the canvas and more about the vehicle for reflection and understanding.
