We provide individual, relationship, couple, and family therapy to clients across Ontario by phone or video.
Through our partnership with The Psychotherapy Matters Virtual Clinic, we can access psychiatrists with our clients when needed for assessments, diagnosis, and medication recommendations.
We specialize in issues relating to mental health, depression, anxiety, postpartum mood disorders, gender identity, LGBTQ+ affirming, family illness & disability, caregiving, young carers, and relationship & life challenges.
