I have over 15 years experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health issues. I consider myself to specialize in the teenage experience! I am proficient in all modalities of psychotherapy, including CBT and DBT. As a woman of colour, I am well-versed in the nuances of racial trauma and the intersection with the mental health system. I believe in flexibility and creativity and am open to alternative work spaces, a walk in the park etc. - you name it!
