Welcome! Are you working hard to please others or to keep yourself up to a standard that feels impossible? I am a counsellor and EMDR therapist in West St Paul treating residents in Winnipeg and surrounding areas who are suffering from anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and trauma.
It is possible for you to enjoy more balanced relationships with yourself and others. Our goals would be to help you increase your self-compassion and confidence, to heal old wounds, traumas, depression and anxiety so that you can live with more clarity, peace, love and genuine connections.

Notes: Rate is $125 per 60min session. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm by appointment only.
I provide receipts under the designation Clinical Counsellor; however, I do not work directly with insurance companies. Please contact your Student/Employee Benefit provider about reimbursement options.
