Ebuns Healing Services was coined in the year 2021. We provide one-on-one counselling and couples counselling at an affordable cost. therapy can be in-person or Online.
We work from a trauma-informed perspective. Mindfulness is incorporated in the treatment plan because as beings, we are connected both mentally and physically. When stressors affects us, they do not only affect our minds but also our bodies. As such, we store our stressors in our bodies. By engaging in mindfulness practices, we are not just helping our mental health but also our physical health.
We provide treatment for Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Addiction, Trauma including Racial Trauma. There are no one size fits all to therapy, as such, treatment plans are developed with the client ion mind. Modalities included in the treatment plan include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
