I have been in healthcare for over 30 years. I can help, by teaching you easy to learn, practical tools to manage and release the stress that may be affecting your life, and those closest to you. I do this in a safe and supportive way, respecting the courage it has taken you to take this first step towards change.

I work with individual adults and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and loss.

As a Registered Psychotherapists I work with individuals and couples. There are many different methods I may use to deal with the problems that you hope to address, the following are some examples:

• To Lift a State of Depression – EFT/Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT

• Recovering from a Traumatic event – EFT/Somatic experiencing

• Repairing a Relationship – Individual needs assessed

• Personal Energy Clearings/Pendulum/Chakra Balancing/Chakra Cording

Psychotherapy can have benefits and risks. Since therapy often involves discussing unpleasant aspects of your life, you may experience uncomfortable feelings like sadness, guilt, anger, frustration, loneliness and helplessness. On the other hand, psychotherapy has also been shown to have benefits for people who go through it. Therapy often leads to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, and significant reductions in feelings of distress.

Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays 5pm - 8pm
