I am confident in liaising with clients to deliver high-quality, confidential, ethical, and empathy-driven psychotherapy services in a non-judgmental and non-advisory setting. I am experienced in building collaborative working relationships with clients across different cultures.
I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. I have worked in mental health services, an addiction treatment center, and a neuropsychiatric hospital. I have thus treated clients struggling with a broad range of psychological, behavioural and emotional conditions and issues affecting health or resulting from substance use or accidents. I have experience assessing and identifying psychological and learning/cognitive problems that may affect everyday functions, relationships, and/or academic and workplace performance. I am multilingual and know English, Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil.
Along with weekdays, I am available on Saturdays. I provide online & face to face sessions and currently accepting new clients.
