I am a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years experience. I work with individuals and couples in their reproductive years. I specialize in infertility counselling and perinatal mental health. The fertility journey and path into parenthood can be filled with unexpected challenges. I focus on supporting your strengths and working with you to fill your toolbox of coping strategies to make navigating life a little bit smoother.
Everyone has times in their lives when they are struggling. Whether it is dealing with past issues that are affecting your day-to-day functioning, or present crisis, there is support. Through our work together we will identify areas you would like to work on and strategize how to make that happen. We will develop your coping strategies and find your inner strengths and resilience to help you develop the best version of yourself. The work might not always be easy but it will be worth it. I will be with you encouraging you to overcome the hurdles that have preventing you in becoming the person you are meant to be.
