Sandstone provides psychotherapy to adults and youth experiencing anxiety, depression, work or school stress, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties and more. We have experience supporting client`s with ADHD, OCD, trauma, PTSD.

Our team provides a warm, compassionate approach to therapy, we believe in partnering with you regardless of your current situation, and working with you to find the approach that works for you.
We are able to refer clients for psychiatry for assessment and medication reviews, please inquire for further information.
We also offer low-cost therapy options with our interns, please inquire if you require this option.
