Lauren Mallon Psychotherapy

Lauren Mallon Psychotherapy is a private practice offering psychotherapy and counselling for a range of mental health concerns and populations. Therapy is provided virtually through phone or video across Ontario and in person sessions are offered in Waterdown, Ontario. Lauren works with children, teens, young adults and adults to support with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, perfectionism, sports performance and performance anxiety, relationship issues and eating disorders.
