It is normal to need support, which friends and family often provide. However, when you speak with someone who is trained and non biased, and is there for you in an unconditional manner, often it is easier to be fully open with your feelings and concerns.

I’m a clinical hypnotherapist, addictions coach, therapist, & counsellor, helping people make positive changes in their lives everyday.

My philosophy is built on my own personal life trials .

Becoming a counsellor was inevitable

I believe deeply that we can all be the person we want to be. Despite the kind of trauma or difficulty, I know you can overcome it.

Experience:

From my earliest beginnings serving in the Canadian military, over a decade as a volunteer fireman, including involvement with the local animal rescue group. It was inevitable. Later during my time as a Child Youth Worker through the government, I found my ‘groove’ working with others and helping people. For over 15 years now I’ve been a professional counsellor / therapist & addictions counsellor.
