I offer psychotherapy services for adults who experience depression, anxiety, and LGBTQ+ issues.
Are you experiencing overwhelming thoughts or feelings? Are you experiencing issues with interpersonal relationships? I offer psychotherapy services to adults who experience depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma or adverse life experiences, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship issues. I also offer couple therapy to all including LGBTQ+ individuals and those in poly relationships. Those in the Mad community are also welcomed!
I primarily work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-centred Therapies.
