I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Occupational Therapist working in Guelph, Ontario currently providing psychotherapy services, virutally, during COVID, either by video or telephone. I have 24 years of experience in a wide range or mental health settings, and have advanced training in psychotherapy supervision. I work with adults of all ages, including young adults and have advanced training in Gestalt psychotherapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy, and training in Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work with adults with a wide range of issues including: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, OCD and more.

I am known for my professionalism, warm therapeutic rapport with clients and advanced training.
