Description

Nature based, Mindful, Feminist, Spiritual & Inclusive.

Maybe you feel isolated due to chronic pain or illness. Perhaps you believe your body has let you down. I've been there, I know. Perhaps the isolation many have felt in 2020-2021 has been really challenging. Maybe you feel like you live life on the margin of society (like I did) and have never felt like you fit in. You may be struggling with big life work like healthy relationships, culture, other-hood, gender identity, body image, sexuality or where and how you fit in in this world. You may feel unable to give up the cycle of drama even though it leaves you with a regular shame hang over. You may define your self-worth by how many people love you, by how you look or by what you do. Because of some of these reasons you want to shift your self love, let go of what others think (in love) and release shame. You'd like to gain clarity in your life's journey and see that you are a valuable member of your community.

I offer: Deep, non-judgmental and reflective listening, a deep and personal understanding of chronic illness/pain and trauma. Eco-therapy in the form of non-psychoactive plant spirit medicine and integrated virtual nature therapy, brainspotting, chakra balancing/cording/inner child/two chair/pendulum/guided visualization/art & music experiences to aid in the therapeutic process/ focusing and one of my favourites, dreamwork.

Disclaimer: I am here to support you at any time in your harm reduction plan & integration needs with psychotherapy. Currently in Canada psychedelics are illegal & I do not offer/source/promote illegal activities. I do advocate for harm reduction, education & plant spirit medicine/ psychedelic integration if needed. When you are ready for change and ready to transform you are most welcome to reach out for support from me on your journey of self discovery.
