As a Registered Psychotherapist, I work with adolescences and adults, couples and families who are experiencing a wide range of issues. Life is filled with challenges, transitions and change. During these times, it is common for people to struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, and feelings of being overwhelmed, affecting them physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Focusing on a trusting relationship, it is my goal to offer a non-judgmental safe place to explore the challenges life brings. With over 15 years of experience, it is a privilege to listen to people's stories, validate their experiences and force on areas of change.
I am an integrative therapist, drawing from a number of models of therapy. I believe every person has their own unique experiences and I believe therapy should also be unique to them in reaching their goals
