I am a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals (adolescents 15-18 and adults 18+) and couples. Some of the modalities I use include cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance work. My areas of expertise include: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Communication, Stress Management, Emotion Regulation, Life Transitions, Self-Esteem and Grief and Loss.
As a therapist, I seek to empower and support you through whatever challenges and hardships you may be experiencing. I believe in the importance of respecting and appreciating your individual needs.
