Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my services. I provide phone counselling services. I have been working in the clinical counselling and social work field for over seven years. In my practice as a counselling, I have been honored to work with a variety of individuals struggling with issues ranging from stress management, CBT for sleep, mental health, eating disorders, grief and bereavement, relationship difficulties, challenging life transitions, trauma, and anxiety. I do a lot of work helping clients manage emotions using dialetical behavioral therapy skills and self-compassion focussed therapy.
My services are usually covered by extended health plans. I encourage clients to check with their insurance in advance.
