Wise Mind Centre is a Vancouver-based psychology clinic that provides clinical consultation, assessment, and scientifically supported treatments to adolescents, adult clients, and loved ones of individuals suffering from mental illness. Our team is comprised of primarily psychologists who are regulated by the College of Psychologists of BC under the Health Professions Act. We help individuals struggling with a variety of psychological problems, including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, substance use, eating problems, parenting difficulties, self-harm behavior, trauma, suicidal ideations, post-traumatic stress disorder, interpersonal difficulties, emotion regulation difficulties, and borderline personality disorder. Our clinicians are experienced in providing evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Many of our clinicians also utilize mindfulness-based treatments in our service.
