My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to express their worries and difficulties. I will help you tap in to your existing strengths and we will work together to practice new coping skills to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. Sometimes life`s stressors make us feel like a pressure cooker and we need to "release some of the steam" so that we can cope. Therapy sessions are the perfect place to do this without worrying about overburdening friends and family.
I have extensive experience working with those experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, long-standing health issues, sudden/unexpected life events, trauma, low self-esteem, caregiver burnout, criminal legal difficulties and difficulties with substance use.
