My goal will always be to support you in controlling your anxiety, depression, or other issues rather than them controlling you. If you are tired of being afraid to pursue your goals or feeling scared in social situations, or constantly feeling overwhelmed, there is hope and you will have my help along the way.

While I specialize in anxiety I will also work with you in the following areas: Peer Relationships, Racial Identity, Relationship Issues,Self Esteem, Career Guidance, Depression, Family Conflict, Grief, and Men`s Issues.
