Brianna is a Registered Dietitian with Atlantic Superstore, providing services to the New Glasgow, Antigonish, and Port Hawkesbury, NS locations. As a firm believer that all foods fit, Brianna`s goal is to help people achieve their nutrition and wellness goals in a healthy and sustainable way, while fostering a positive relationship with food and eating.
Brianna can provide guidance on a variety of health concerns but has a particular interest in working with clients struggling with PCOS/hormone health, improving relationship with food, and eating disorder support.
Brianna offers a variety of in-person and virtual services, including individual consultations, group nutrition workshops and webinars, corporate wellness workshops, and other community services.
