Description

I run a private psychotherapy practice in Toronto supporting youth and young adults.

It can be really challenging to be a young person in today`s world, especially as one transitions to greater independence and adulthood. You may ask yourself these questions: Who am I? Where is my life going? Why do I get so stressed out or feel so depressed sometimes? What am I feeling?

Sometimes you may feel stuck and unsure about how to move forward. You may be facing challenges like the transition to work, college, or university, school and work stress, relationship struggles and loss, oppressive or discriminatory social environments, identity confusion and exploration, as well as anxiety, depression, or trauma.

I believe every person has unique personal knowledge and skills from their lived experience. One goal of my practice is to bring more awareness to these resources and leverage them to overcome the challenges you face. I aim to create a safe, empathic, and collaborative space where we can identify what`s important to you now and work together towards your goals.

In my private therapy practice, I offer individual and family therapy and I exclusively support young people between the ages of 16-30 and their families. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in the province of Ontario. I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years doing psychotherapy with children, youth, young adults, and their families.

I am currently offering virtual therapy only.
