I provide mental health services to adults living in Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia. I offer services through Zoom/Microsoft teams and telephone.
I utilize a counselling framework that is grounded in anti-oppressive practice, trauma-Informed practice, gender and sexuality diversity inclusion, strength-based approaches, among others.
